This workshop co-hosted by Center for Spatial Information Science at the University of Tokyo is organized by faculty members and graduate students at universities in Tokyo metropolitan area, who are interested in leading-edge research on urban economics. Topics in the workshop includes not only urban economics, but also applied economics such as economic geography, transportation economics, trade theory, development economics, industrial organization, environmental economics and public economics. The workshop normally invites two outside researchers for three-hour presentations every month.
