Presentation Instruction for Contributed Session Presenters
Length: 20 minutes
Equipments: A Windows (XP or Vista) based notebook PC and a projector.
Files: Please upload your presentation material in ppt or pdf files on the Conference Maker
site or bring your file in USB memory stick and give it to an IT assistant before your
session.
Note: The notebook is not connected to the Web.
There is no voice available on the notebook PC.
There is no time to connect your own PC for the presentation.
Lunch
Lunch Boxes and beverage will be provided for registered participants.
Coffee Break
Beverage and Snacks will be provided for registered participants in between sessions throughout the period of the meeting.
Internet Service
Internet service is provided for registered participants.
