Post offices and Seven-Eleven stores have ATM machines that can handle following cards:
VISA, VISA-ELECTRON, PLUS, MasterCard, Maestro, Cirrus, American Express,
Diners Club, JCB, China Unionpay
If you do not use the above cards, it is easiest if you buy yen at the airports. Traveler's
checks can be counted to be accepted only at the major banks, hotels and department stores.
