Abstract
　

　東京大学経済学部・東北支援プロジェクト室は東日本大震災によりおおきな被害を受けた釜石市など東北・三陸地域との連携を図り、同地域の復興・発展に資する事業を行う計画の一環として、「三陸経済の復興にむけて」とする連続・公開講座を2012年11月～2013年1月に計画した。公開講座の内容は何らかの意味で今後、三陸地域の経済の復興・発展に役立つと期待できるテーマを中心として地元の関係者のご希望もあり3回の連続公開講座を実施した。

　 この冊子は関係者の許可を得て作成した公開講座の速記録をもとに、会場で利用したパワーポイント資料の一部などを加えるなど最小限の編集を行って作成した講義録である。

　　

Upon the request from Kamaishi-city in the Tohoku-Sanriku-Area, the members of "Tohoku-Support-Projects-Office" within the Graduate School of Economics organized a series of Public Lectures "Towards Revitalization of Sanriku-Economy" at Kamaishi-City-Hall during November 2012-Januaru 2013. This is the documentation of Lectures delivered, which includes the topics on

(i) "On Revitalization of Local Areas,"

(ii) "Retail Markets and Sanriku-Economy,"

and

(iii) "Futures of Energy and Environments".
